So this morning was a slow start. I didn’t sleep very well last night so I allowed myself to sleep in till 7:30 am. Then I had to deal with laundry. So I have gotten house work done today but not much else yet.
My exercise today is to walk 15,000 steps or bounces.
- I will code for at least 30 mins
- I will work on school for at least 30 mins
- I will fold all the laundry
- I will be calm and rational with my son and husband
