This morning I woke up 5 minutes before my alarm went off. After my shower, I made breakfast and got A ready for the day. Now I am getting myself ready to tackle the day.
So I have some positive news. Last week I averaged over 15,000 steps per day! Then to make things even better yesterday I spent the whole day out with A and I wasn’t overly tired at the end. So I have upped my step goal to 14,000 steps per day for now and hopefully, I will keep this energy level.
- I will code for at least 30 mins.
- I will work on school for at least 30 mins.
- I will be calm and rational when A asks for my attention.
