So I think I have gotten a routine down that includes the unfortunate things that have now taken over my days. Sleep, nausea, and vomiting. Currently, I am sleeping in as long as I can. Usually, till 6 or 8 am depending on if I am driving D into work or not. Eating a cracker or chip to try and prevent the morning dry heaves. Then if I don’t vomit within an hour I take my prenatal vitamins. I have also filled the house with dried fruit, canned fruit, veggies, and cheese.
Now that I have gotten used to all day nausea and occasional vomiting I now get to try and get my step count back up.
