My Miracle Morning #51

So things have been going good so far! I have been having some mild nausea that I can usually control by eating small amounts of protein and fat throughout the day. I have also been a little dizzy and more emotional than usual.

Waterbear
The most bothersome symptom that I have been having though has been round ligament pain. This symptom seems crazy, even though I’m not the only person to have the symptom so early, especially when the baby is the size of a Waterbear.

My morning yoga was Prenatal Yoga | First Trimester Flow for Experienced Students with Briohny Smyth.

Affirmations:

My Miracle Morning #50

This morning I was successful at waking up at 5 am! It helped that I was in bed by 9:30 pm and asleep by 10:30 pm last night. But I now have the benefit now of having a reason for when my hormones are acting up unlike before. Why is that? I found out on Friday that I am finally pregnant again! So I am 4 weeks pregnant and will be due on October 1st. A is very excited about the baby and becoming a big brother. Of course, it helps that this is something he has been asking for and talking about for over a year now. So we spent the weekend calling all the close relatives so that I wouldn’t have to censor myself or hurt anyone’s feelings. It was also a lot of fun. For the calls that A was awake for he told the news and he tended to mix it up with the fact that he got to eat spaghetti and meatballs Friday evening and that he finally got the lightsabers that he has been wanting so much. Example: “Good News! I ate spaghetti and meatballs! Mama and Dada baby! I Big brother!” But he had fun telling people his good news and of course, it was way too cute.

My morning yoga was Prenatal Energetic Yoga Flow and Prenatal Yoga Flow – Stability for First & Second Trimesters. I’m going to be working hard to try and gain as little fat as is healthy this pregnancy so that it doesn’t take as long to get back down to weight.

My Miracle Morning #49

This morning I woke up to my alarm at 6:30 am. I’m a little tired but working on waking up. A got lightsabers yesterday. Something that he has been wanting for a long time now, so my morning has been filled with the sounds of lightsabers. So far he has been good about the rules and hasn’t hit anything or anyone on purpose. D joined me for yoga this morning.

Our morning yoga was Easy Yoga For Beginners ♥ Full Body Gentle Flow.

This morning I let myself sleep in till 7:30 am. A was having growing pains last night so he ended up sleeping with us in our bed all night so it was hard to get up when I could snuggle with my little boy instead.

Today is a wonderful morning! I woke up at 5 am after getting to bed at 10 pm the night before. I feel awake, happy, and energized.

My Miracle Morning #46

So last night I forgot to reset my alarm. So I woke up at 7:15 am. But I was lucky and my brain is clear this morning.

My morning exercise was some yin yoga.

Here I was interrupted by a text from my Grandma who was having computer issues. So I stopped and gave her a call to help her fix the issue. I was able to walk her through fixing her internet connection issue. Her computer wasn’t getting an IP assignment. I must say that Grandma was awesome! She successfully typed every command that I asked her to type.

Back to my morning.

My Miracle Morning #45

This morning I was sabotaged by a well-meaning but mistaken husband who turned off my alarm. So I ended up waking up at 7:30 am. This has had the side effect of giving me a sleepy brain and that I could easily take a nap. So today is definitely a coffee day.

My exercise this morning was some yin yoga. I find this style easy to do after A is already up because it involves deep stretches and a lot of reading my current novel. I know I should be reading something more constructive but did I mention my sleepy brain?  I am not awake enough yet to handle more than a novel.
