My Morning Miracle #26

Today’s Miracle Morning:

This morning was hard. My hormones are going crazy because I just ovulated so I am dealing with fatigue and irrational emotions, no this is not normal for me. Thankfully my miracle mornings have been helping me control the most extreme mood swings. So this morning I was fighting fatigue so I slept in till 7 am.

My morning meditation was Best Guided Meditation For Inner Strength ♥ Day 7.

My morning yoga was Morning Yoga Workout ♥ Better Than The Gym | Strength & Stretch.

I read a chapter in How to See Yourself As You Really Are by the Dalai Lama.

Affirmations:

My Morning Miracle #25

Today’s Miracle Morning:

This morning I woke up at 5 am after six and a half hours of sleep. I am fully awake and am ready to take on the day. D joined me this morning for meditation and yoga.

Our meditation for today was Guided Meditation For Letting Go ♥ Day 5.

Our yoga today was Beginner Yoga ♥ Easy Morning Yoga For A Positive Mind.

I read a chapter in How to See Yourself As You Really Are by the Dalai Lama.

Affirmations:

My Morning Miracle #24

Today’s Miracle Morning:

Today was a weird morning. A woke up and came into our bedroom right at 5 am and crawled into bed with us. So weighting cranking boy and boy who got a couple more hours of sleep I stayed in bed and went back to sleep for another hour. By 6:30 am A was fast asleep so I got up to start my morning. D was unable to join me because he was already getting ready for work at this time.

My meditation was Easy Guided Meditation For Manifesting Dreams ♥ Day 8.

My yoga was Energizing Yoga Flow ♥ Complete Full Body Yoga.

Also my booty workout today was 30 Day Fat Burn: Legs and Butt Shaper Workout.

I read a chapter in How to See Yourself As You Really Are by the Dalai Lama.

My Morning Miracle #23

Today’s Morning Miracle:

This morning I woke up at 6 am without an alarm clock. I was well rested after about 8 hours of sleep. A and D joined me this morning for meditation and yoga. There is nothing cuter than your 3-year-old saying “namaste mama”.

This morning our meditation was Guided Meditation For Gratitude ♥ Day 2.

Our yoga was Beginner Yoga ♥ Easy Morning Yoga For A Positive Mind.

I added in my booty challenge Bring Sally Up Lunge Challenge.

My Miracle Morning # 22

Today’s Miracle Morning:

Last night I decided that I was going to let myself sleep in till 6 am this morning because it’s the weekend and I deserve to sleep in on occasion. I woke up well rested and am looking forward to a fun filled day. We plan on going to the World War I museum here in Kansas City today with a friend. A should have a blast. He loves learning new things.

This morning our meditation was Easy Guided Meditation For Manifesting Dreams ♥ Day 8.

Our yoga was Easy Yoga For Beginners ♥ Full Body Gentle Flow.

I just want to say that I am so proud of D. He has been joining me for meditation and yoga almost every day and as a result, he has been happier and more present as a husband and father. I really appreciate the effort he is putting in to help make this a happy and healthy home.

My Miracle Morning #21

Today’s Miracle Morning:

Today marks 3 weeks of waking up early and taking the time to work on me! This morning I had some issues getting myself out of bed. Yesterday my hormones decided to go on a rollercoaster ride and I spent the day going from happy to depressed to crying for no reason, not the most fun kind of a rollercoaster, and to top it off by 4 pm I had a migraine. So with all that it took awhile to convince myself that today was bound to be better and to get out of bed. A on the other hand, woke up very happy and has been playing legos and singing!

Our meditation today was Guided Meditation For Gratitude ♥ Day 2.

Our morning yoga was Beginner Yoga ♥ Easy Morning Yoga For A Positive Mind.

My Miracle Morning #20

Today’s Miracle Morning:

This morning I got up at 5 am! I got a good solid six and a half hours of sleep last night and I am feeling great. Yesterday was a very productive day where I actually accomplished about 90% of my goals for the day! That’s good for me lately, I have been lucky to hit 50% accomplished. D got up and joined me this morning as well.

My Miracle Morning #19

Today’s Miracle Morning:

Today I got off to a late start. I maybe got 4 hours of actual sleep last night even though I was in bed by 11 pm. I think it was a side effect of having been really stressed out yesterday without any real reason. But yesterday my coping method wasn’t the best, large amounts of coffee. That on top of the fact that I haven’t been drinking very much coffee over the last 6 months, meant I made it through the day and got most everything I needed to do done but I couldn’t sleep. So I gave myself an extra hour of sleep this morning and got up at 6 am. My whole morning has been pretty relaxed and slow, I have nothing scheduled outside of the house today and it feels good.

Because I woke up late D was unable to join me because he had to get ready for work.

My meditation today was Guided Meditation For Being Present ♥ Day 1.

My workout today was large. First I completed my exercises for the day for my booty challenge.Then having not really felt like they had any effect on my booty, it was high-intensity cardio today which just makes it hurt for me to breath, I added my favorite booty workout Brazilian Butt Lift Challenge ♥ The Perfect Butt Workout and topped it off with some good stretching How To Get The Splits ♥ Yoga For Full Splits | 30 Day Challenge. This is day 7 of the challenge and I haven’t felt sore once. My muscles will feel worked and burn but the nest morning I feel great. I think this might be because of all the deep stretching I have been doing, but I’m no doctor so who knows.

My Miracle Morning #18

Today’s Miracle Morning:

This morning I woke up at 5 am and dragged my but out of bed. I was up late last night working out how to solve a sudoku puzzle using c++. I’m half way there, I can solve easy puzzles and most intermediate puzzles. I just have to be able to solve the hard puzzles by tomorrow so I am able to help guide my tutee through the process of figuring out how to solve the problem. Even better is I will be able to put c++ on my resume as a perficient language!

Ok enough geeking out and back to my morning. D joined me this morning and I am so proud of him. He has joined me almost every day for over a week now and it is showing in is mood and attitude. He has even started voluntarily cleaning the kitchen for me!

A just woke up and is cracking me up. I took him on a tour of a chocolate factory yesterday and he got to learn how to make fudge and loved it and all the samples. So today he keeps saying he wants to go to the factory.

This morning our meditation was Meditation For Stress & Anxiety Relief ♥ 10 Minutes of Heaven.

Our morning yoga was Beginner Yoga ♥ Easy Morning Yoga For A Positive Mind.

I read a chapter in How to See Yourself As You Really Are by the Dalai Lama while sitting in Pigeon pose. I have been doing  a booty challenge and don’t really want to lose any of the flexibility in my hips from working out the muscles but not stretching them as well. So I am multi-tasking by doing one of my favorite stretch poses while reading.

My Miracle Morning #17

Today’s Miracle Morning:

Today I woke up before my 5 am alarm. This isn’t too surprising because I went to bed around 9:30 pm after taking night time cough medicine. So I fell asleep quickly and stayed asleep all night. I no longer have a fever and feel fine except for a little sore throat which hopefully will go away with fluids. This is good because A has a chocolate factory tour scheduled for this morning.

Our meditation this morning was Guided Meditation For Healing ♥ Day 9.

Our yoga exercise this morning was Stress Relief Yoga ♥ A Relaxed & Calming Flow To Clear Your Mind.

I read a finished a chapter in How to See Yourself As You Really Are by the Dalai Lama.
