My Morning Miracle #36

Today’s Miracle Morning:

Last night I got a lot of good sleep and I feel great this morning. I got a new sleep mask that has built in headphones so I was able to fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. I woke up at 8 am, I had decided that I would get as much sleep as my body needed last night to make up for the nights of insomnia.

This morning I did some yoga.

My meditation was from my headspace app.

Affirmations:

  • I will respond calmly and rationally when my son asks for my attention.
  • When I see something out of place I will take the time to put it away right then.
  • I am a strong, intelligent woman who is not afraid to talk to people about what matters to me.
  • I will code for 30 mins today.
  • I am a loving wife and mother to my family. I radiate love.

My visualization today is of my family happy with money in the bank and a baby in my arms.

My Morning Miracle #35

Today’s Miracle Morning:

This morning I woke up at 8:30 am after having another night of insomnia. But this morning I was able to complete my Miracle Morning so hopefully, the rest of the day will go great.

My morning meditation was one from my Headspace app.

My morning yoga was Perfect Full Body Yoga ♥ Detox & Digestion Flow.

Affirmations:

  • I will respond calmly and rationally when my son asks for my attention.
  • When I see something out of place I will take the time to put it away right then.
  • I am a strong, intelligent woman who is not afraid to talk to people about what matters to me.
  • I will code for 30 mins today.
  • I am a loving wife and mother to my family. I radiate love.

My Morning Miracle #34

Today’s Miracle Morning:

Last night I had insomnia again and forgot to set my alarm so I got to sleep in till 8 am. So my morning has been a little disrupted. First I had to make A breakfast then in the middle of meditation A had an accident that I had to go take care of it. Then when I was getting ready to do some yoga, A had another accident that I had to take care of. Since the universe seems to be telling me that today’s morning isn’t going to go as planned I am going to make myself a large cup of coffee and move on to other things. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

My Morning Miracle #33

Today’s Miracle Morning:

This morning I woke up at 6 am. The last couple of days my mornings have been different. I let myself sleep in and after I woke up I would have to start making breakfast right away. But I really needed the extra sleep over the holiday and I survived barely! But now that Christmas is over and I am no longer focused on making a memorable holiday for A. Things should get back to normal. To help kickstart normal I will be dragging D and A on a Hike-it-Baby hike today to get everyone outside! Also, it will help me get back out hiking. With A’s busy schedule hikes didn’t happen as often as they should have.

This morning D joined me and our meditation was Guided Meditation For Letting Go ♥ Day 5.

Our morning yoga was Best Yoga For All Levels ♥ Easy Peaceful Flow. This yoga video was surprisingly challenging even with it’s slow and steady pace and easy poses.

Affirmations:

  • I will respond calmly and rationally when my son asks for my attention.
  • When I see something out of place I will take the time to put it away right then.
  • I am a strong, intelligent woman who is not afraid to talk to people about what matters to me.
  • I will code for 30 mins today.
  • I am a loving wife and mother to my family. I radiate love.

I rewrote my affirmations because I felt that they had lost some of their potency and needed to be refreshed. Making them shorter and more concise also helps me keep my mornings shorter and to the point.

My visualization today is of my family happy with money in the bank and a baby in my arms. A has been asking for a sibling and for the last eight months, we have been unable to make that happen. But even though my tests came back perfectly normal they won’t consider testing D for another three months. Even D thinks that it’s crazy for them to want to wait to get him tested. So I am thinking happy thoughts and making D take his multivitamin.

My Morning Miracle #32

Today’s Miracle Morning:

This morning I let myself sleep in till I naturally woke up at 7 am. I am trying to combat this fatigue that I have been having. My morning has been going pretty good. I was able to get up pretty quickly after I woke up and started my morning with minimal interruptions.

My morning meditation was one from my headspace app.

A woke up and wanted breakfast so I paused and put some food togeather for him.

My morning yoga was Yin Yoga Fusion ♥ Best Yoga For Flexibility.

Affirmations:

  • I respond calmly and rationally when my son needs my attention.
  • When I see something out of place I put it away right then, I do not put it off until later.
  • I am a happy healthy person with lots of energy.
  • I am loving and affectionate towards my son and my husband.
  • I will be productive today.
  • I will work on code today for at least an hour
  • I am a strong and capable woman who is not afraid to speak up for what is right.
  • I will have a happy stress free day!

My Morning Miracle #31

Today’s Miracle Morning:

Today I had a slow start to the day. I have been dealing with fatigue and nausea the last couple days and this morning was no different. So after sleeping in till 6 am I was finally able to drag myself out of bed kind of start my morning.

My morning meditation was one from my headspace app.

Then I got distracted. A woke up and decided that he needed breakfast so I went and made eggs and cut up strawberries. After an hour I was finally able to get back to my morning.

My morning yoga was Yin Yoga Fusion ♥ Best Yoga For Flexibility. I have had really tight muscles the last couple days so a good stretch was just what they needed.

Affirmations:

My Morning Miracle #30

Today’s Miracle Morning:

This morning I am a little pressed for time. Last night I had a lovely battle with fatigue and insomnia. So I didn’t get to sleep until around 11 pm. I had been hoping to get to sleep at 9 pm because I was dealing with an arm hurting from getting blood drawn and nausea. To further delay my morning, D was sleeping on the couch. So since he is getting over being sick and I could use the extra sleep I let myself have an extra hour. But good news, this morning my arm is feeling better!

This morning my meditation was a meditation from my headspace app.

My morning yoga was Beginner Yoga ♥ Easy Morning Yoga For A Positive Mind.

This is where I am ending my morning today because I have to get ready to take D to work.

My Morning Miracle #29

Today’s Miracle Morning:

Yesterday my morning was replaced by a power outage and -15-degree weather. I spent the first hour after I awoke reading to my three-year-old so he wouldn’t focus on the fact that the Christmas lights were not on. For some reason, he was very concerned that if the lights were not on then Christmas was canceled. So after the fifth time explaining that Christmas was still going to happen I decided to distract him with books. I read him almost all his lego superhero books.

This morning I woke up at 5 am and got ready for the day. I think my hormones are giving me a break because I don’t seem to have any of the symptoms that I have been having on and off the last couple months. Unfortunately D isn’t feeling well today so he did not join me.

My morning meditation was Guided Meditation For Healing ♥ Day 9.

My morning yoga was Brazilian Butt Lift Challenge ♥ The Perfect Butt Workout and After Workout Yoga ♥ Best Stretches For Sore Muscles.

I read a chapter in How to See Yourself As You Really Are by the Dalai Lama.

My Morning Miracle #28

Today’s Miracle Morning:

Today I woke up at 7:30 am after going to bed at 11 pm. Lately, I have been dealing with insomnia and extreme fatigue. Who ever decided that those two should go togeather was a narcosis. The previous night I wasn’t able to get to sleep till 3 am after being tired all day so yesterday I was almost nonfunctioning. I had let myself sleep in till 8 am and I was able to make it through my meditation and make breakfast. After that, I crashed. I wasn’t even able to finish my miracle morning. I spent the rest of the morning laying on the couch dozing. By 3 pm I was able to rally myself enough to clean up the kitchen and make dinner. But on Monday I am going to go in and get my progesterone levels tested. So hopefully this test will shed some light on why I am not functioning as I use to and maybe give me some steps to take to get me back to normal. So oddly enough I am hoping that this test comes back with something wrong so I have an identified problem to solve.

So back to my morning today. I am still feeling fatigue but am functioning. It also helps that I have things that I have to do today withing a window of time. I have to go pick up my pre-order from my meat lady, yes I have a meat lady. Then I have to go to Costco and get everything I need for the upcoming holiday. Then I have to stop by Ikea because for some reason a bunch of my glass bowls, that I usually use as serving dishes, have broken in the last couple of weeks. So at least I will be out of the house. D offered to run my errands for me but then I would just be stressing out that he wouldn’t get everything that I need and I would have to make another trip. But he did join me this morning.

Our morning meditation was Guided Meditation For Gratitude ♥ Day 2. A joined us for meditation this morning. He made it through about 5 minutes before the wiggles and talking started, but then he rallied and stayed till the end. I am so proud of him.

Our morning yoga was Stress Relief Yoga ♥ A Relaxed & Calming Flow To Clear Your Mind.

I read a chapter in How to See Yourself As You Really Are by the Dalai Lama.

My Morning Miracle #27

Today’s Miracle Morning:

This morning I woke up at 6 am. My crazy hormones have started to go back to normal but aren’t quite there yet. But I was able to pull myself out of bed and do a lot of yoga. D was able to join me this morning. I think he was missing his morning meditation and yoga, he hasn’t figured out that he could do them on his own when I am not up and around early enough.

Our morning meditation was Guided Meditation For Healing ♥ Day 9.

Our morning yoga was Beginner Yoga ♥ Easy Morning Yoga For A Positive Mind.

I then did some more yoga Morning Yoga Perfection | 5 Minute Miracle | Rise & Shine Sleepy Bear Yoga and Yoga For Sore Glutes ♥ 5 Minute Miracle.
