Today’s Miracle Morning:
This morning I awoke at 5 am after about 6 and a half hours of sleep. I feel rested though a little fuzzy brained which I think is being caused by not drinking enough water yesterday and I might be fighting off a cold. Last night I had a sore throat and this morning I still had a little soreness. Though drinking fluids seem to be making it go away so I think I was dehydrated. I did get a little distracted yesterday.
My big project yesterday was to sort and file all the mail in the house. Now that might seem like a small task but I tend to avoid mail especially when I know what’s in it like a bank statement or bill I already paid online. So I had several years of bank statements mostly for D because he hasn’t yet joined the online statement movement. I joined years ago which only intensified my avoidance of mail from the bank because it must be bad if they sent a letter. Ironically I don’t get the same feeling from emails so banks should really email me anything they want me to read and not just put in a pile and then login to make sure everything is alright. But I finished! I threw out a trash bag of envelopes and junk mail and sorted and filed everything. My filing cabinet looks beautiful! I even got to use my label maker.
I was successful in getting D to get up and join me for my meditation and yoga this morning.

I read another chapter in my current book: Meditation for Beginners: How to Relieve Stress, Anxiety and Depression and Return to a State of Inner Peace and Happiness. It is a very interesting book. Today I was reading about the different types of meditation and how color can affect our mood and thoughts.
- I respond calmly and rationally when my son needs my attention.
- When I see something out of place I put it away right then, I do not put it off until later.
- I am a happy healthy person with lots of energy.
- I am loving and affectionate towards my son and my husband.
- I will be productive today.
- I will do one thing today that will help reach financial freedom.
- I am a strong and capable woman who is not afraid to speak up for what is right.
I really liked yesterday’s visualization so I stuck with it. Me and my family having a picnic in our backyard at a house we own all happy and smiling.
I wrote in my journal and am writing this post for my scribing.
